Extremely disappointed. After watching countless "How-T0" videos and reading article after article on how to fill the lighter with Butane, it will not fill, which I have deduced to be a massive product error. I would like to throw it directly into the trash, because without it's lighter capacity, it is completely useless, and no one has gotten back to me about replacing my product for one with functionality.
Response from Gettin Salty Apparel: So sorry! We haven't heard from you regarding this issue. The lighter is refillable however, it needs to be removed from the case in order to access the hole on the bottom of the lighter insert.

Looks great! Conversation piece. Refilling can't use the opening due to misalignment.
